We greatly enjoyed the well-maintained and modern hotel. The property was in a great and unbeatable position close to numerous restaurants, a basketball tournament, and many big Kansas City attractions.

Glad there are plans to renovate this place. It has all the right pieces, just all terribly dated, esp. With the new Marriot just across the highway.

Everything needs an update.

My stay here was pleasant. Location was great and unbeatable and the hotel in general was wonderful, I greatly enjoyed it. Generally everything was very good, though the bathroom was very steamy. The staff were courteous and pleasant in the whole property. The specialties were delicious and served in the good restaurant...

Some of the staff were exceptionally busy.

The location here is fantastic, with a selection of movies and restaurants nearby, the building and rooms are pleasant with a designated work area, and the breakfast offers a great variety of options.

Great friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping personnel. Walking distance to some great food options.

Need more pillows for king bed room could have 2 more and firm style. Bkfst omelets were dry over cooked on the ends.

Couldn't turn off the thermostat which made it uncomfortable while sleeping. I could turn it down but the noise of it going on and off during the night was annoying. Other than that, everything was very good. Thanks

The staff was very nice and gave some great recommendations. The location was marvelous in a fairly quiet area, close to a movie theater and good restaurants. Units with work space.

There have an exercise room, which is handy considering how generous they are with the breakfast choices. Excellent value, helpful staff, and big rooms and wonderful beds.

night staff was unpleasant upon check in. A lot of partying happening throughout the halls. It was uneasy that police spent such a large amount of time at the hotel.

Breakfast had a wide variety of options and the rooms were stylish and comfortable, including the modern bathrooms and work areas, all in a convenient location near a medical center.

We got tastefully decorated and well stocked room with the bathroom and work space, for example.

I had a really good time at this place. It was well-kept and super cozy, plus the Wi-Fi worked really well. The best part was its awesome location – it was close to a basketball tournament, some great restaurants, and even a movie theater 🎉.
